What we collect
Browsing Seekrightly generates standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. This happens automatically on any website.
If you contact us, we store your name, email address, and message so we can respond and keep a record.
Seekrightly has no user accounts. We do not collect login credentials, payment details, or personal profiles from visitors.
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details until the matter is resolved, and delete them within 12 months after that.

How we use it
We use collected information to run the platform, respond to messages, and monitor for security or reliability issues.
We do not sell data. We do not serve advertising. Analytics, if used, help us understand how the platform is used — nothing more.
The legal basis for processing server logs is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform. The legal basis for processing contact form data is our legitimate interest in responding to your message. If we use analytics, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the platform is used.

Third-party services
The platform is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for its database. These providers process technical data as part of running the site.
We select providers with sound data practices. Each publishes its own privacy policy.
Vercel and Supabase are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to these providers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, which provide appropriate safeguards for your data.

Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased; to restrict how we process your data; to receive your data in a portable format; and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
